Piraņa is a graphical user interface (GUI) for performing PK-PD analyses with NONMEM. It provides some tools in model building and evaluation, and supports simple distributed computing over standard network environments as well as stand-alone operation.
It is under development at the department of Pharmacy and Pharmacology at the Slotervaart Hospital and the Netherlands Cancer Institute.
This software is open source and released under the GNU General Public License.
